Infertilidad

- In vitro fertilization (IVF)
- Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI)
- Intrauterine insemination (IUI)

Interventional radiology as an infertility treatment
Interventional radiology may be used to address fertility problems in women. For example, if you are diagnosed with blocked fallopian tubes, you may be treated with fallopian tube recanalization (FTR), a nonsurgical procedure using a catheter to clear the blockages and open the tubes.
When to see a fertility doctor
If you and your partner have been trying to conceive for at least one year without success, you may want to consider talking to one of our fertility doctors. In some cases, you may need a little more time. In other cases, you may need fertility testing or other medical assistance to understand why you are experiencing delays in conception.
Infertility in men
Fertility issues that affect men sometimes stem from lifestyle choices that can be adjusted, such as tobacco use or alcohol consumption. Other times, male infertility may be related to medical conditions affecting the sperm, such as low sperm count or motility issues. Our experienced specialists can help determine the exact cause of your fertility concerns and recommend treatment options.
